Everything was great. The Staff ( Chantal ) greeted us professionally and was perfect in every aspect of her job.

It’s a very nice hotel. Large rooms with plenty of space for luggage. Great location. We had access to the gold club room and the breakfast and evening food available was excellent. Happy hour too! Glad we paid a bit more for that- well worth it. We rented bikes and there was a stand right outside the hotel.

The 4 star hotel is located next to many sightseeing places, top destinations for tourists. Among them is Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal which is 2-3 blocks away, as well as Observatoire Place Ville Marie where you can see 360° panoramic view of the city . Tour buses start from almost the same location (1001 Dorchester Square). Hotel is very clean, has mixed interior design (antique and modern). Staff is very friendly and professional. Hotel’s restaurant Osco! is classy and offers delicious food. There is also very nice cafe Java U on the first floor (attached to the building) if you’ve missed the breakfast at the hotel. It’s a beautiful city!

We were comped breakfast each day of our reservation since one of the rooms were not available until after 9pm on our first evening. It was an unexpected and a thoughtful gesture from management. Location was terrific. Staff helpful and very pleasant. We had room service one night and our food was delicious, delivered and set up by an excellent staff member. All of us truly enjoyed our meal after having a fun filled day in Montreal.

very well located especially in winter because of the access to the underground network. Well equipped gym and nice indoor pool. Was there in March 2023 and price were really fair for the value.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Recommend to buy breakfast while booking, amazing breakfast with lots of options and every morning special. COVID-19 limitations are in place, so no room cleaning daily but available per request. Hotel is close to EVERYTHING you need. Price is absolutely right for such a hotel. Recommend. And what a view ... :) .

The hotel was located in a perfect position near the "old city" and where all the restaurants and shops were. With the harbour nearby it was a great gentle walking area. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, as was the bed. The staff were super friendly and the hotel had all the facilities you needed to enjoy your stay. Parking was easy and within the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located to go to the old town and harbour but also 10 min from main station and shopping street. TV had the option to share your device and whatch Netflix from your phone on the tv.
